- Handles Parts and service sales tofleet customers
- Take ownership of customerparts & service issues and follow-up through closure ofissues
- Visit Customer jobsite shop ormaintenance facilities to observe and develop an awareness of thepotential parts or service needs and record information intocomputer database (CRM)
- Become familiar withCustomer machines &applications
- Respond to all Customer requestcourteously and professionally in a timely and responsivemanner
- Maintains a prospecting system to ensureadditional business and contribute to the achievement of salestargets
- Raise invoices / sales slips / obtaincredit authorization to ensure timely closure of the salesdeal
- Advise management of loss sales / partsnon-availability for management to take appropriateaction
- Handle return spare parts as perpolicy
- Generate orders and upload on OEMportals based on parts movement to ensure parts availabilityrequired to maintain maximum servicelevel
- Analyze the exception reports on criticalstocks, lost sales, excess stocks etc. and take corrective actionwhere necessary to improve parts availability and minimize stockobsolescence
- Create article master data as andwhen required to ensure correct data on thesystem
- Track shipments and coordinate withlogistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received ontime
- Ensure the documentation / payment is inline as required by the principals to avoid delays inshipment
- Ensures regulatory requirements are inline for the warehouse facility
- Comply with thecompany QMS requirements.
