Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review the Sales and Expenses reports and provide them to the management.

Help with Financial Data Entry and General Bookkeeping.

Prepare receipts, payment, vouchers, invoices, etc. on the finance system.

Adhere to current accounting/finance laws and regulations.

Filing of VAT in Federal Tax Authority.

Managing overall accounting activities including Accounts payable, payroll, Vendor Payment etc.

Good communication skills, written and verbal (English).

Good organization skills and multi-tasker.

Accuracy and good attention to details.

Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.

Salaries checking and preparing.

Purchasing and other Admin Task.

Other Admin Task.

Preferably with UAE Experience.

Salary:
AED3, AED3,500.00 per month
