For More Top Organization JobsClick HereDescription:The Manager, Omni Channel Strategy is responsible for the support and execution of the Hyatt global distribution strategy.

This person will work across Commercial Services (sales, revenue management, digital) and operations, on implementation of the distribution strategy, while also managing day-to-day operations with various distribution channels.

Job Responsibilities:
Manages relationships with 3rdparty channels, ensuring alignment with the global strategyAssists in identifying new preferred 3rdparty channels and their implementationIdentifies and implements tools and training which assist hotels in determining best in class channel mix to drive profitability and market shareWorks with regional Revenue Management and Distribution Teams to understand the dynamics of third-party distribution business and the contributing factorsAssists with new openings to ensure sound distribution principles are implemented from the start


Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Channel Strategy, Distribution, Revenue Management, or 3rd party account management, preferably within the hospitality or travel sectorUndergraduate degree or higher in Business or Hospitality preferredHigh degree of personal and professional savvy and experience which instills confidence among all internal and external audiencesExperience in more than one major market within the Europe, Middle East and Africa region
