Responsibilities

Youwill:

• Understand thevarious operations across Payment Risk, transaction monitoring andchargeback process.
• Understand the requirementsof stakeholders and map them with the data sources/datawarehouse.
• Basic knowledge of using SQL andgoogle Data studio.
• Provide execution supporton risk assessment and systemavailability.
• Perform business analysis anddata queries using SQL.
• Develop and oversee theinitiation of strategy recommendations.
• Usestatistical analysis to segment user behavior and develop targetedsolutions to prevent any payment fraud and control potentialchargebacks.

Requirements

• 6months - 1 Year working experience in CS. E-commerce backgroundpreferred.
• Proven experience in working withdatabases, Excel & SQL in a businessenvironment
• Ability to be adaptable andflexible in responding to deadlines and workflowfluctuations
• Detail-oriented and must have anaptitude for solving unstructured problems.
• Therole will require the ability to extract data from various sourcesand to design/construct/execute complex analyses to finally come upwith data/reports that help solve the businessproblem.
