Description

• Ensure that tests are performedwith accuracy, completeness and in compliance with the establishedstandards.
• Work alongside the process chemistryand production teams to develop and validate appropriate analyticalmethods.
• Actively participate introubleshooting efforts to resolve scientific challenges and rootcause analysis.
• Prepare method validationand/or method transfer protocols andreports.
• Train other staff on laboratory work,techniques, and instrumentation and liaise effectively with allother internal departments.
• Lead or participatein multi-regional, multi-functional product development teams withcontribution to publications andpatents.
• Prepare technical documentation tosupport manufacturing, control plan, laboratory SOP's andtechnical training materials.
  

YOURSKILLS

• Bachelor's degree inchemistry or related technical field with 5-7 years minimumexperience in the reactive resin testing and manufacturingindustry.
• Knowledge of reactive resin chemistryin the areas of epoxy, polyurethane, polyurea, MMA, vinylesters/polyesters, silicones andothers.
• Proficient in reactive resinformulation and good understanding raw materials and functionsWorking knowledge of PSA (pressure sensitive adhesive) and itsapplication.
• Good working knowledge inthermoplastics and thermosets.
• Proficient usageof Fluorescence Microscope, TGA, DSC, FTIR, UV-Vis andRheometer.
