Your Responsibilities WillInclude

• Working with the Asia Pacific talentacquisition leader to develop the business partnering capabilitiesof the Mace India TA function, through the development of keyrelationships with all senior stakeholders, contributing to thebusiness planning and advising on the growthagenda.
• Headhunting and hiring local andexpatriate, business-critical project, programme and constructionmanagement candidates, cost consultancy, engineering supervision orPMO candidates across the infrastructure and propertymarkets.
• Developing, communicating andmonitoring talent pooling and recruitment strategies in line withthe India growth plans for new and existing sectors, includinginfrastructure, transportation and property construction projectsor programmes.
• Developing a robust local supplychain, taking a strategic and commercial approach to theutilisation of high-performing recruitment agencies, wherenecessary to support specialist requirements or workloadpeaks.
• Leading workforce planning in the Indiabusiness unit, representing TA on any technology or processenhancements across the region and contributing to our continuousimprovement efforts at a local, regional and globallevel.
• Partnering and aligning with senior HRand other enabling functions to ensure TA is driving grouppriorities forward in a cohesive way, playing a key role inbusiness improvement programmes that are driven by TA or the widerenabling functions.
