    The position is based in Dubai UAE andwill report directly to the Sales Manager.

    As aMedical Sales Representative Trainee you will work closely with ourexperienced sales team to promote and sell our cuttingedgepharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. You will playa crucial role in building relationships with key stakeholdersidentifying new business opportunities and driving revenuegrowth.

    YourResponsibilities:

    • Learnand understand the features benefits and applications of Acinoproduct portfolio.
    • Assist in developing andimplementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets andmaximize market penetration.
    • Conduct marketresearch and analysis to identify customer needs preferences andtrends.
    • Build and maintain strongrelationships with healthcare professionals including doctorspharmacists and medical staff.
    • Deliverengaging product presentations to healthcare professionalsshowcasing the value and benefits of Acino products.
    • Attend and actively participate in sales meetingstraining sessions and conferences to enhance product knowledge andsales skills.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including marketing and medical affairs to ensure effectiveproduct positioning and messaging.
    • Provideaccurate and timely reports on sales activities market trends andcompetitor insights.
    • Stay updated on industrytrends new product developments and regulatory guidelines toeffectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Adhere to ethical standards and compliance policies inall sales and promotional activities.

    Your Profile:

    • Bachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences PharmacyBusiness or related fields.
    • Strong passion forsales and a genuine interest in the pharmaceuticalindustry.
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcareprofessionals and build lasting relationships.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities toidentify customer needs and recommend appropriatesolutions.
    • Selfmotivated and resultsdrivenwith the ability to work independently and as part of ateam.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite andfamiliarity with CRM software is a plus.
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fastpacedeverchanging environment.
    • Ethical mindset andcommitment to complying with industry regulations and companypolicies.
