MetaTrader-5 Dealer

Location:

Salary:
AED 8k to 15,000k

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Execution: Execute trades on the MetaTrader5 platform, ensuring accuracy and timely execution while adhering to trading strategies and guidelines.
Bridging Tools: Utilize bridging tools to connect the MetaTrader5 platform with liquidity providers, ensuring seamless trade flow and mínimal latency.
Risk Management: Monitor trading activities to identify and manage potential risks, adjusting positions and exposures as necessary to maintain risk within acceptable limits.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive trade and risk reports using MetaTrader5 reporting tools, providing insights to management and stakeholders on trading performance, risk exposure, and other relevant metrics.
Liquidity Management: Collaborate with liquidity providers to ensure optimal pricing and execution, as well as to develop relationships that enhance trading capabilities.
Algorithmic Trading: Assist in the implementation and execution of algorithmic trading strategies within the MetaTrader5 environment.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, news, and events that could impact trading activities and provide informed insights to the team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the trading team, IT department, and other relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot technical issues, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous process improvement.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and internal policies while conducting trading activities.
Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to junior traders and team members, sharing expertise in MetaTrader5 tools and practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience as a MetaTrader5 Dealer, demonstrating proficiency in trade execution, bridging tools, risk management, and reporting.
Indepth knowledge of MetaTrader5 platform functionalities, including bridging tools, risk management plugins, and reporting modules.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
Experience with algorithmic trading and the integration of trading strategies into MetaTrader
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proven track record of managing risk exposure and optimizing trading strategies.
Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading protocols.
Ability to work under pressure and make swift decisions in a fastpaced trading environment.
Proficiency in relevant trading software and tools.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing trading activities.
Problemsolving mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
