Job Title:
Country Manager - Europe (UAE-based)

Job Overview:

As the Country Manager for Europe based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all business operations and strategies for our company's European operations.

You will lead a team of professionals and work closely with key stakeholders to drive growth, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the successful execution of business objectives across European markets.

This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, cultural sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the European market landscape.


Responsibilities:


Business Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the European market, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Identify new market opportunities, assess risks, and create strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share.

Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals located across various European countries.

Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to achieve their targets and drive results.


Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities in European markets.

Conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and develop actionable insights to drive informed business decisions and adapt strategies as needed.


Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, government officials, and industry leaders across Europe.

Leverage these relationships to drive business growth, negotiate favorable agreements, and establish the company as a trusted partner in the region.


Operations Management:
Oversee all operational aspects of the European business, including sales, marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service. Ensure efficient processes, effective resource allocation, and compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Budgeting and Financial Performance:
Develop and manage the annual budget for European operations. Monitor financial performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Reporting and Communication:
Prepare regular reports, presentations, and updates on European operations for senior management. Communicate key insights, progress, and challenges effectively to ensure alignment and support from the headquarters.

Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests in European markets. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while managing risks associated with business operations.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience years) in a senior management role, preferably as a Regional Manager, with a focus on European markets.
  • Indepth knowledge of the European market landscape, including cultural nuances, business practices, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving business growth, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams across multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional European languages are highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Europe

Salary:
AED15, AED18,000.00 per month
