    Description

    Responsibilities AndDuties

    • Indepth follow up with production team on dredging performance onsite, to analyses data based on digital output from the vessels,cut plans and consider the external dependencies in relation tosoil characteristics, reclamation criteria and the specific projectconstraints.
    • Conclude and determine theproduction-drivers on the project and the production limiters, withrespect to the project constraints.
    • Comparewith the initial production estimates and provide relevant feedbackto commercial department.
    • Pump wear and tearanalysis, pipeline W&T.
    • Cutter headproductions analysis with different pick points and cutter headtypes in relation to the soil parameters.
    • Iscore member to develop in-house programmed performance analysistools. Remote online analysis, not just a monitoring tool. Thetools need to flag up events and real/actual working methods thatcan be improved with the least amount of lag. These tools have toassist the dredging superintendent and the crew on site withinstant analysis and feedback. Correlated to the automation systemupdates.
    • Develops in house modifications andupgrades to the current dredging fleet in cooperation with the teammembers of the dredging performancedepartment
    • Safe practiceimplementation.
    • Set-up useful databases toenable big data analyses
