Description

Role:

  • Preparing estimates and Bill of Quantities for projects received.
  • Assisting with the production feasibility studies and estimates from mínimal design information, through to detailed cost plans.
  • Interfacing with the clients and consultants in the pre award stage.
  • All major strategic procurement from identification of approved materials, verifying quantities as per the plan v/s actual.
  • Working closely with suppliers and clients to improve operation and reduce probable costs while project executions.
  • Coordination with the operation manager and the BDE.
  • Coordinating with procurement advising on supply constraints, forecast information or products, recommendation on alternative products, push through scheduling of orders, reports on order status etc.
  • Monitors and prepares cost variations.
  • Verifies & certifies suppliers and vendor's invoices and quotes.

Skills:


  • Degree or diploma in quantity survey
  • Excellent knowledge in estimation software
  • Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, XL, and 3Ds max.
  • Good contact in UAE market.

Salary:
From AED4,000.00 per month
