Serves as the primary interface for all products and services and creates demand for the organizations products and services by raising their profile with customers.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling and networking to arrange meetings with potential customers for new businessMaintain and expand the companys database of prospectsMaintain accuracy and quality of data entered in the CRM systems (SFDC)Establish and maintain contact with existing and potential clients to maximize the opportunities for new businessAchieve and maintain Net Promoter Score for Customer Retention as well as Book of BusinessUnderstand business opportunities customer requirements & present appropriate solutions to win opportunitiesIdentify customer requirements (stated or intended) as well as statutory regulatory & any additional requirementsAddress all sales enquiries and generating the appropriate client response as well as communicating client requirements to the Operations Team for alignment on scope and costs.
Collaborate with Commercial Team Members to determine necessary strategic sales approachesMaintain and develop relationships with customers and stay abreast to market environment to develop solutions ahead of the curve.
Good understanding of the industry vertical regulations market drivers and practices.Conduct presentations to prospects and customers resolve queries having strong knowledge so as to guide them to the right solution or serviceNegotiate the terms of an agreement providing quotes and bidding for the tenders.
Create detailed proposal documents often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customerNegotiate on price costs delivery and up to date validity of customer contracts and POsNegotiate customer contract renewal terms and pricingResolve payment related escalations and maintain a healthy receivables balance with customersValued skills and experience:To be considered you will have a significant direct solution sales experience selling business services business process outsourcing archiving or similar offering.
Proven experience of strategic new business hunting sales process and solution selling.The ability to develop solutions that map to customer requirements.
Experienced in delivering sales of Technology solutionsExcellent written oral and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal planning and analytical skills.
Ability to influence and to make decisions and think in broad terms considering the impact to the entire company.
Ability to team up effectively at all levels of Iron Mountain and customer personnel (to include Clevel) on a wide range of topics and issues.
