Position Summary

And the main objective is to achieve the Selling, Sellout and WOS target and channel development to ensure a stable business in Bahrain market

Role and Responsibilities

As a country based Key Account Manager, this role should be reporting the market status, trend and opportunities considering the market dynamic and changes, aiming to be proactive in Bahrain vs competitors

Key Deliverables:

  • Sell in target of Distributors
  • Sellout target of the retailers
  • Stock Management and WOS of the main partners
  • Distribution Management with the distributor
  • Channel expansion

Beside the above, this role should be working closely with product management team to ensure product strategy is implemented in the market with a periodic report on the product status and trend in Bahrain market.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration or business school major
  • 57 years of experience in distributor management preferably consumer electronics or FMCG in Bahrain
  • Ability to perform under pressure and be a team player
  • Excellent quantitative aptitude, and commercial acumen
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
