    <\/span><\/div> JOB SUMMARY:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/div> We
    are looking for a detail -oriented Salesforce Developer to join our team. In
    this role, you will focus on implementing customizations, automations, and
    workflow enhancements within our Salesforce enterprise environment. The ideal
    candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce and a passion
    for creating efficient and scalable solutions.<\/span>

    Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p> ·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Configure and implement
    Salesforce custom objects, fields, record types, and other components based on
    business requirements.<\/span>
    ·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop and deploy process
    automations using Salesforce tools such as Flow, Process Builder, Workflow
    Rules, and Apex triggers.<\/span>
    ·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Optimize and enhance
    existing workflows to improve efficiency and data accuracy.<\/span>
    ·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Perform unit testing and
    support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the desired
    outcomes, followed by deployment to production environments.<\/span>
    ·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain detailed
    documentation of customizations, workflows, and processes for internal
    reference and training.<\/span>
    ·       <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Investigate and resolve
    technical issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Qualifications:<\/span><\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Education:<\/span><\/b> Bachelor's degree in
      Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent
      work experience).<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience:<\/span><\/b>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>3+ years of hands -on
      experience with Salesforce development and administration.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience in implementing
      process automations and workflow customizations using Salesforce tools.<\/span>
      <\/p>

      <\/p>

      • Certifications:<\/span><\/b> Salesforce Platform
        Developer I (required); Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Technical Skills:<\/span><\/b>
        <\/li><\/ul>

        Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in Salesforce
        declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).<\/span>
        <\/p>

        Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Good understanding of
        Apex, SOQL, and Lightning components.<\/span>
        <\/p>

        Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency with
        integration concepts (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.

        Soft Skills:<\/span><\/b>
        <\/p>

        Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong attention to detail
        and problem -solving abilities.<\/span>
        <\/p>

        Ø  <\/span><\/span><\/span>Effective communication
        skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.<\/span>
