    Leadby example and ensure that the floor staff greet and approachcustomers to offer assistance


    •Implement a high standard of customer focus through timely andeffective resolution of customer queries in line with the companypolicy


    • Proactively meet with customersto discuss their shopping experience and provide feedback andsupport to the Sales Manager in possible customer serviceimprovement


    • Monthly monitoring ofmystery shopper feedback, addressing all key areas ofconcern

    • Ensureachievement and maximization of department sales through regularmonitoring of sales and departmentspecialists


    • Drive department KPIs,Average Transaction Value and BasketSize


    • Maximize sales per sq. m. througheffective management of sales versus space

    Offer


    Ensure high retail standards are maintained throughdaily opening and closing checklist and implementation of necessaryactions in-store in a timely manner


    •Ensure 100% compliance to latest RPVM standards through effectiveproduct display in accordance with defined standards, appropriatemanagement of damaged items and correct replenishmentlevels


    • Ensure highest standards ofhealth and safety are maintained in thedepartment


    • Work in closercollaboration with the Sales Manager on all products with respectto price, quality and customerfeedback


    • Ensure Sales and Promotionsfor the department is driven as per the Trading Calendareffectively with appropriate focus on sales of discontinuedproducts


    • Ensure Min/Max quantities andFurniture Matrix for all products with accurate information ismaintained on the Store Inventory Managementsystem


    • Ensure 100% representation of Klines in department through close collaboration and regularfeedback to the In-Store Retail LogisticsManager

    • Ensure regular cycle count forthe department in line with the Companyguidelines
    • Ensure that Shrinkage for thedepartment is within the defined norms and agreedstandards


    • Ensure effectivedisplay of top sellers and slow sellers to improve salescontribution
