Budget Associate / Analyst The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank whose mission is financing Infrastructure for Tomorrow in Asia and beyond - infrastructure with sustainability at its core. - Support the full budget cycle , including annual planning , execution monitoring , adjustments and reallocations , reporting , and control of administrative and capital budgets ;
- Provide analytical and project management support for strategic resource planning and budgeting activities ;
- Drive business process improvement system optimization SAP SAC SAP S4HANA cost accounting related systems data platforms gathering requirements facilitating workshops preparing data reports collaborating IT vendors implementation enhancements reports dashboards ensuring quality;
- Contribute topical budget tasks expenditure reviews resourcing model policy procedure updates productivity benchmarking analysis knowledge management capacity building identifying best practices opportunities resource optimization peer analysis benchmarking;
- Participate corporate projects improving cost efficiency operational effectiveness Bank;
- Respond ad-hoc requests provide timely support stakeholders organization.< h2 >< b > Requirements < / b >< ul >< li > Master degree equivalent business administration finance accounting economics business analytics related fields recognized university Professional certifications e.g . CPA ACCA CIMA CFA plus;< / li >
