Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor at Munich Motor Works in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Service Advisor will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through customer-focused service and effective communication. They will also be responsible for providing aftersales support.


Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related role is preferred

Customer-service oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience in providing aftersales support

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong problem-solving skills


Experience:

Automotive Service Advisor: 3 years (preferred)
