Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a relevant role in real estate
Proven track record of success, exceeding targets and client expectations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Indepth market knowledge and ability to build rapport with clients.
Valid driver's license and own car.
