Key skills and experience needed for the role

Project Financing experience securing financing for large scale infrastructure or power projects
Proven track record of delivering project financing from conception to financial close on major infrastructure projects
Managing relationships with banks and lenders
Driving infrastructure financial obligation to close
Working with financial models and project timelines to ensure objectives are secured
Closing project financing and releasing funds for major infrastructure projects.
Working for an infrastructure, power, water, energy or similar company dealing with securing financing for major projects

This role is based in Dubai and will provide a great opportunity for someone to lead major projects and develop career in a competitive environment.

This role will not consider Finance Managers for this job as it has very little in common with the respective activities of a Finance Manager.

Experience:

Project Financing: 5 years (required)
- securing financing for major infrastructure: 5 years (required)
- infrastructure, power, water, energy: 5 years (required)
