Exciting Opportunity - HSE Manager / HSE in-charge - Oil & Gas Industry


Job duties and responsibilities

  • Capable of supporting the top management in the creation and issuance of HSE policies and guidelines.
  • Capable of ensuring the HSE policies and guidelines are implemented, updated, reviewed and audited as per the company HSE systems.
  • Capable of monitoring the effective implementation of the appropriate safety and environmental procedures and providing updates in line with changes in legislations and company standards.
  • Proficient in conducting safety audits both internally and externally when required.
  • Assists commercial, engineering, and operations department in their dealings with clients in any issues related to Health and Safety at work.
  • Capable of carrying out any inhouse safety training and safety audits on subcontractors when required.
  • Capable of preparing Health and Safety documentation for new tenders when required.
  • Capable of providing safety support and advice, including supervision on preparation of plans and procedures for initial contracts when required.
  • Proficient in carrying out risk assessments when required.
  • Taking part in accident/incident investigations and carrying out analysis of accident/incident statistics and identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans when required.

Job qualifications/requirements

years of experience working as a HSE manager or HSE in-charge in the Oil & Gas industry within UAE with at least 4 years working in a supervisory position.


  • Broad experience in Oil & Gas and shutdown experience.
  • Preferably an Engineering degree or a professional qualification in a similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to interact across multiple disciplines.

Salary:
AED12, AED15,000.00 per month
