Job Title:
Community Manager - (Dubai)


Job Summary:

PR, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of technology and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase engagement with customers, clients, and startups
  • Manage and maintain our social media presence
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the Experience Center
  • Collaborate with startups and clients to identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage and attend events
  • Collect and analyze data to measure the success of community engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that all community engagement strategies are integrated with the overall technology infrastructure
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for community management

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in community management, marketing, or PR, with experience in the tech industry preferred
  • Strong knowledge of technology and innovation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
  • Fluency in multiple languages is preferred
