Description

• Communicating with customers to answer questions and address concerns about their reservations or rental vehicles.
• Explaining insurance coverage, including deductible requirements and optional coverage available for an additional fee.
• Helping customers to choose a vehicle that meets their needs, based on factors such as price and mileage.
• Providing customers with directions to their destinations using maps or other tools such as GPS devices.
• Explaining local traffic laws and regulations, such as speed limits and fines for parking violations and to claim non rental charges from customers.
• Responsible for replacement of vehicles if required.
• Arranging for repairs to damaged vehicles or arranging for replacements when vehicles are totaled.
• Complete necessary rental information, disclose rates, terms and conditions of rental and obtain customer signatures while using effective sales techniques to encourage customers to utilize service options.
• Receive telephone calls and handle customerrelated issues; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.
• Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
• Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions.
• Balance money in counter drawers, retrieve amount of money collected during shift, complete deposit slip and place money in safe.
• Enter and maintain information in location logs.
• Complete car exchange requests in computer system or manually prior releasing the replacement vehicle.
• Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required by the manager.

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

• Car Rental (Dubai): 2 years (preferred)

• English/Turkish (required)
