    Qualification(s)& Training:

    • Diploma or bachelor'sdegree in mechanical engineering or relevantdiscipline
    • Certification in administrationrelated courses
    • Proficient in the use of IT, inparticular Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    Experience(s):

    • Minimum of 5-6 years previousexperience in similar or administration role and 1-2 years previouswork experience in oil and gas sector
    • Workingknowledge in planning /scheduling
    • Previousmaintenance, materials, and manpowerexperience
    • Demonstrate proven experience inMicrosoft Office package
    • Previous experience inthe offshore projects including knowledge of terminologyused

    • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills (written and verbal) inEnglish
    • Exceptional administrative skills andhighly organized
