Job Description:

Support Chef de Partie in the daily operation and work
Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the café
Control food stock and food cost in your section

Requirements:

35 years old and below At least 2 years of experience in the similar role Must have experience from a high end casual dining restaurant Must have a Food & Safety Certificate Must be available to join immediately
