Description

  • Responsible for Installation of coffee machines & planning the same as well.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and calibration services.
  • Direct Communications with Client for the Service Calls.
  • Preparing Quote & Sales Orders based on the Customer Requirement.
  • PO Preparation & Internal Shipments Tracking.
  • Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
  • Respond to breakdown call outs.
  • Monitoring the Field App
  • For Coffee Machine Maintenances.
  • Responsible for making endorsements and reports of the tasks performed and queries of clients to the Sales department.
  • Any other duties given by the management from time to time.

Requirements:


  • Technical Field & Operations: Minimum 3 to 4+ years.
  • Education: Graduation (preferred) / 10+2 is a must.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Coffee industry experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
