We are looking for an experienced professional 'Draftsman' to join our growing team in Dubai.

Job responsibilities:

Civil & Architectural drafting

Composite Shop Drawings, and single trade Shop drawings

UAE & Gulf experience ( Min 32-4 years in UAE)

Knowledge in shop drawings preparation & detailing

Worked in at least one major project in the GCC region

Knowledge in 3D drafting

Knowledge in fit outs/ joinery/ internal finishes

Worked with main contractors

Requirement:

· Candidate should have bachelor's degree in the industrial or civil engineering or architecture major is major plus

· Should be fine to travel Saudi for projects when required.

· Prior experience as an architectural draftsman will be advantageous.

· Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.

· In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, codes, and structural analysis.

· Ability to apply the fundamentals of sketching and design.

· Mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.

· Strong organizational and time management abilities.

· Great analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
