- Conducting regular occupationaland health assessments/surveillanceon-site.
- Conducting planned medical &Emergency drill
- Providing immediate first aidand medical care in case of injuries oremergencies.
- Collaborating with the Health andSafety team to develop and implement safetyprotocols.
- Monitoring and promoting generalhealth and well-being among theworkforces.
- Managing and maintaining healthrecords for all site personnel.
- Conductingoccupational health and safety training sessions forworkers.
- Collaborating with external medicalprofessionals and services whennecessary.
- Keeping abreast of industryoccupational health and safety standards andregulations.
- Submit Weekly /Monthlyoccupational Health & Safety report (First Case/Medicaltreatment case /Injuries etc).
- Supervisingtrained First Aiders
- Collaborating withemergency response team ( ERT )
- Advising on theimplementation of preventive healthmeasures.
