- Degree qualified and at least 2 yearsPQE of construction and / or professional negligence litigation inHong Kong or other relevantjurisdiction
- In-depth knowledge of constructionlaw and the construction industry
- Knowledge andexperience of professional negligenceliability
- Experience of other general aspectsof commercial dispute resolution preferred (including contractualdisputes, fee claims and insurancelaw)
- Detailed and up-to-date knowledge andexperience of alternative methods for disputeresolution
