Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees
- Design and update job descriptions
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Monitor key HR metrics, including timetofill, timetohire and source of hire
- Participate in job fairs and host inhouse recruitment events
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
- Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
- Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture,
- Provide regular progress reports to the team on which recruiting methods are most successful
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement
- Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales
- Familiar with online job posting tools
- Verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases: 2 years (required)
Language:
- English (required)
