ey Responsibilities: P

• roperty Management: Overseethe daytoday operations and maintenance of residential propertiesand standalone company properties for designated brands within theApparel Group. P
• roject Coordination:Assist in the planning and execution of construction andrenovation projects ensuring they align with brand standards andtimelines. S
• ustainability and SolarMonitoring: Implement and monitor sustainabilityinitiatives including solar projects to enhance energy efficiencyand reduce environmental impact. L
• ocal Authority Approvals: Liaise withlocal authorities like DEWA and Dubai Municipality to obtainnecessary approvals for construction renovations and sustainabilityprojects. V
• endor Management:Collaborate with external vendors and contractors toensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines andbudgets. B
• udget Oversight:Assist in the preparation and management of budgetsrelated to facility management and construction projects.C
• ompliance: Ensurecompliance with local regulations building codes and safetystandards for all managed properties. T
• eam Collaboration: Work closely withinternal teams including brand management to understand propertyneeds and align facility management efforts with brand strategies.Q

ualifications:B

• achelors/Masters degreein Civil Engineering or a related field. P
• roven experience in Facilities Management ProjectManagement or a related role. E
• xperience withsolar and sustainability initiatives will be a significantadvantage. K
• nowledge of local regulations andexperience in obtaining approvals from DEWA Dubai Municipality andother relevant authorities. S
• trong projectmanagement and organizational skills. E
