Maintainance & Repair - Feeder Operations


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Inspect empty container such as Reefer, Opentop and flap track
  • Ensure all inbound containers are properly inspect in accordance to IICL and criteria set by Shipping Line
  • Identify appropriate repair and cleaning method after thorough inspection
  • Prepare Repair/Cleaning estimate on Estimate Damage Sheet.
  • Take photo of container condition and upload to system.
  • Document check such as Etoken, Delivery Order, EIR, Acceptance letter etc.
  • Forward 'estimate and damage sheet' to the coordination department for further processing
  • Segregate the container by shipping lines and/or the type of repair/cleaning required and instruct the forklift drivers to load/offload containers to the designated locations
