We are seeing an increased demand for experienced hotel lawyers in the region including an immediate need, as follows:

a mid-level hotel operations lawyer with a minimum 3-5 years previous experience within an international hotel operatorgeneralist operational role supporting the global portfolio of resorts together with general support to the corporate office business unitsno hotel development work involved but need to know your way around a Hotel Management Agreement and have strong drafting and interpersonal skillsInteractions with the RegulatorBusiness operationsCompliance issuesEmployment contracts, training and other workplace issuesForeign Investment Review Board issuesInteractions with CouncilsInteractions with the RegulatorLeasing and sub-leasingLiquor and gaming applications and permitsPolicy development and complianceSale, purchase and restructure of licensed venuesSuccessionSupplier contracts and ancillary agreements
