One Tech Hospitality Group's short-term rental branch One Perfect Stay is growing fast and looking for a Sales Executive to manage the portfolio of 200+ premium homes in hotspots of Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze local market trends and develop new business leads.
- Open new channels (corporate) for bookings.
- Registering OPS with different corporate groups as accommodation providers.
- Maximize all Revenue opportunities and ensure MoM monthly targets are met.
- Contribute to the selling strategy of the holiday homes, and manage the departments' adherence to achieving that strategy.
- Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the company stays ahead in the local market.
- Negotiate the apartment rates and packages with corporate clients.
- Ensure the Sales Team Members are developed effectively and generate a culture of highquality standards and proactive selling.
- Develop and implement creative local marketing channels including social media sites.
- Work within current business strategies and recognize potential opportunities.
- Report on a weekly/monthly basis appointments, calls made, and a list of business leads.
- Answer customer queries in a timely and suitable manner.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual preffered. Must be fluent in English.
- Strong Organization and Time Management Skills.
- Must be able to achieve MoM revenue targets.
- Ability to organize multiple projects; manage and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven success in a similar role and environment.
- Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Polished personal presentation with a warm, confident and hospitable personality.
Salary:
From AED3,000.00 per month
