Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the client's objectives and developing propertyspecific operating strategies to achieve those objectives.
  • Ensuring that the facilities management services provided to the client are of the highest quality.
  • Directing a team of professionals, including direct reports, service providers, contractors, and building employees, to ensure the successful implementation of all approved initiatives and programs.
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the soft services, such as cleaning, security, catering, and hospitality, meet the standards of excellence that are expected in a tier 1 environment.
  • Working directly with the client to build strong relationships and ensure that their needs are being met.
  • Ensuring that all service level agreements are met, and that the client is satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Being the point of contact for any issues or concerns that the client may have and will work to resolve these issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Driving Mace's workplace experience, sustainability, and technology advancements to the client.
  • General administration of department, (holidays, training, performance reviews etc.).
  • Updating and maintaining official safety documents, liaising with government authorities.
  • Maintaining full financials awareness and control.
  • Meeting KPI's and SLA's defined within the contract.
  • Promoting "Safety First, No Compromise."
  • Preparing and distributing quarterly/annual business review (QBR / ABR) information to client's satisfaction.
  • Organising fire evacuation and first aid training for employees.
  • Managing the delivery of all facilities management services; customers liaison and service contractor management across your portfolio.
  • Delivering superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement.
  • Managing and maintaining building operations to deliver high quality, efficient and costeffective management of the building.
  • Managing operating expenditure, resources, projects, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting.
  • Ensuring risk management, HSE, site safety, audit and inspections are completed and compliant.
  • Involving in services review and development of best practices and implementation.
  • Ensuring all site staff are adequately experienced, qualified, and trained.
  • Identifying training needs and ensuring induction training for all new starters.
  • Ensuring site staff are familiar with and have access to all relevant Mace management system documentation and instructions.
  • Ensuring that all proposed subcontracted service providers and suppliers are adequately vetted for management capability prior to award of contract.
  • Actively monitoring and reviewing all subcontracted service providers and suppliers on site for satisfactory performance.
