Duncan & Ross ManagementConsultancies is looking for a Senior Landscape Engineer to joinour dynamic team and support on a new buildings related projectbased in our Dubai office.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and prepare aPreventive Maintenance Schedule for Soft scape &Irrigation
• Preparing work orders proposal andbudgeting for landscaping & irrigationworks.
• Reviewing of method statements and shopdrawings
• Coordinating and Inspecting siteconditions before the start of construction activities. Verifyingthe compatibility of the site with the designed permanent works.Checking for obstructions. Photograph and document the condition ofan existing property that might be damaged by the work. Make sureall existing structures property utilities and Landscaping areproperly protected.
• Review and inspection ofmaterials and suppliers to ensure requiredstandards.
• Prepare the detailed report in linewith the requirements of a horticulturistsstandards
• Visit manufacturers/suppliers toensure quality will be achieved
• Inspectmaterials delivered onsite for quality and compliance withspecification
• Monitor sub contractorsperformance in relation to acceptablestandards.
• Liaison and coordinate with thenecessary specialized subconsultants.
• Reviewingcontractors claims related to interior architectural works andpreparing technical recommendations for claims to ArchitecturalPM

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in relevantdisciplines: Landscape Architecture or Engineering (CivilEngineering acceptable if experience has been inLandscape)
• Minimum Ten (10) years of experiencewith a minimum of five (5) years in the MiddleEast
