Job summary
Analyze and document business requirements related to banking operations financial reporting and regulatory compliance Translate business needs into functional specifications and liaise with technology teams for solution design Work with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for regulatory frameworks such as CBUAE IFRS9 BASEL III AML and other financial reporting mandates Review and enhance data flows between financial systems and reporting platforms Coordinate user acceptance testing UAT and ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions Support finance risk teams in automating streamlining reporting processes Prepare documentation including process flows data mapping system interface requirements Collaborate with project managers to track deliverables dependencies timelines Assist in impact assessments of regulatory or system changes on existing processes
