    We are seeking an Associate Consultant, Strategy to play a key role in supporting the development and design of comprehensive communication strategies for our clients.     Key Responsibilities:

    1. Develop tailored communication strategies aligned with client business objectives.
    2. Analyze target audiences to assess communication needs and tailor messages for maximum impact.
    3. Create compelling messaging frameworks that articulate key client value propositions and resonate with stakeholders.
    4. Design stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    5. Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure communication strategy effectiveness and provide actionable insights.
    6. Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and ensuring timely delivery of communication deliverables.
    7. Collaborate with creative teams, PR specialists, content creators, and digital marketing experts to deliver cohesive communication solutions.
    8. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative communication strategies.

    Qualifications:

    1. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in consulting and communications strategy, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting, with proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies.
    3. Personal Attributes:
      • A strategic thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high level of adaptability.
    4. Skills: Strong analytical skills, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in digital communication platforms and social media, strong project management skills, and ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
