    • Creates and maintains a welcoming,fun, tidy and inclusive environment where people can feel happy andcomfortable;
    • Coordinates general daily officeoperations, acting as liaison with the building management andother suppliers and gives reports to themanagement;
    • Inventory Check, Ordering &organisation (like snacks, drinks, coffee, consumables,supplies);
    • Small office tasks (creating signs,adding labels, changing a coffee filter,etc)
    • Fixing minor issues in appliances orarranging for repairs when needed;
    • Be the go-toperson for our employees in anythingworkplace-related;
    • Oversee visitor'sexperience, Sorts mail;
    • Plans and or executesall in-house or off-site activities working withthe
    • EX team of the office such as Mondaybreakfast, Friday bar, and otherevents;
    • Ensures safety standards arecommunicated and displayed as necessary throughout the facility, asset by the Occupational Health and Safetyadvisors;
    • Ensures payments in relation tooffice supplies are on track, and in accordance with providedbudgets;
    • Support with ad-hoc projects such asan office move, etc.

    CandidateSpecifications/requirements

    • Office Manager or Office Coordinatorexperience required
    • Excellent time managementskills and ability to multitask and prioritisework
    • Strong communication and organisationalskills in a fast-paced environment
    • Must bepositive and a team player
