Direct sourcing and fulfillment of roles for both Transguard Group and external customers.
Management of a recruitment team to fill all vacancies internally and externally.
Complete oversight on the Applicant Tracking System used by the Transguard Group.
Ensure accurate reporting is shared with key stakeholders on a weekly basis covering performance of department, customers, and team members.
Job Requirements:
UAE Experienced Recruitment Consultant working within the Staffing IndustryAt least 2 years' experience managing a team of recruitersExperience in recruiting in multiple industries and various levels from junior skilled roles to C-Level positionsExpertise recruiting within the IT Sector would be advantageous
