Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor and manage the sales team.
  • Exploring partnership and sponsorship opportunities with potential companies
  • Selling product.
  • Contacting prospective customers.
  • Provide information about the product's features, prices, and benefits.
  • To understand the needs of the customer
  • Demonstrate how merchandise or services meet the customer's needs to persuade them to buy.
  • Keep accurate records of the customer's personal information
  • Maintain the reputation of the company by handling complaints or doubts
  • Achieve sales quotas and facilitate future sales by going the "extra mile.
  • Keep track of calls, visits, sales, and useful information.
  • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered

Required Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales and marketing in UAE
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in negotiation, active and dealing with complaints
  • Persistent and resultsoriented

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • UAE sales & marketing: 2 years (preferred)
