Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a portfolio ofclients seeking to buy, sell, or rentproperties.

• Showcase properties to potentialbuyers or tenants and provide comprehensive propertyinformation.
• Negotiate and finalize sales andrental agreements, ensuring the best terms forclients.
• Prepare and update property listings,including photographs, descriptions, andprices.
• Coordinate property viewings, openhouses, and client meetings.
• Provide marketanalysis and property valuations to assist clients in makinginformed decisions.
• Collaborate with the salesteam to achieve sales targets andobjectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-dateclient and property information in the company's CRMsystem.
