    Graduate - Environment & Sustainability (Emiratization)

    We're looking for graduates with a passion for environment and sustainability to join our graduate program in this field. You'll need a degree in one of the following fields:

    • Process engineering
    • Chemical engineering
    • Industrial engineering
    • Occupational health
    • Environmental engineering
    • Architecture
    • Geology
    • Geography
    • Biology
    • Chemistry
    • Electrical engineering
    • Mechanical engineering

    Your role: what's involved?

    • Provide technical input for Environmental Impact Assessments, CEMPs, EMS, and other environmental documents
    • Support your immediate team and wider WSP group for project and proposal inputs
    • Coordinate with subconsultants as needed and conduct baseline surveys for EIAs and monitoring
    • Evaluate environmental performance on projects
    • Develop practical understanding of environmental management plans and systems
    • Assess commercial acumen and experience with writing proposals and project work
    • Pursue professional development through diverse projects, mentoring, and training opportunities
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support project delivery within environmental scope

    Requirements:

    • Degree in one of the following fields:
      • Process engineering
      • Chemical Engineering
      • Industrial Engineering
      • Occupational health
      • Environmental Engineering
      • Architecture
      • Geology
      • Geography
      • Biology
      • Chemistry
      • Electrical Engineering
      • Mechanical Engineering
    • Ability to liaise directly with contractors and undertake site work
    • Speciality in an environmental field is beneficial
    • Experience in consultancy or environmental specialist roles on large infrastructure projects is advantageous
    • Good understanding of Middle East environmental legislation and practices
    • Experience working in Saudi Arabia is beneficial
    • Stakeholder and public engagement experience
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Professional English language proficiency
    • Other languages, particularly Arabic or French, are beneficial
