Experience:
Preferably 3-years experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical industries and have knowledge about Planning. _

Responsibilities:_

-
a) Assigning the expected delivery dates for the customer according to the availability of resources._
-
b) Preparing a weekly production plan and follow up production._
-
c) Check resources regularly and make request for the same, if required._
-
D) Ensuring documentation system in the section is proper as per quality system requirements._

Production Plan:
_

-
a) Prepare weekly production plan for the available sales orders in accordance with availability of resources. _
-
b) In conjunction with purchasing, stores and production, arrange to keep the materials available in stores according to the minimum level, to achieve the plan prepared._
-
c) Processing of sales orders in the planning log to indicate availability of resources and to assign delivery dates for each item._
-
d) Process the job orders by giving batch numbers to all the items, indicate the date of issue against each item and include the same in weekly production plan._

e) If there is any deviation in the production plan, make a corrective action for same._

Pay:
AED4, AED5,500.00 per month
