Job Responsibilities:
Partner with Category Leaders, Vendor Managers and key retail category functions to support defining priorities and operational goals according to vendor needsManage a team of Team Leads and Brand Specialists owning the joint business plans for a large pool of vendorsAudit metrics regularly to continually drive quality of vendor and employee experience across multiple sub-categoriesDefine the skills required within the team to support vendors with specific challenges


Job Requirements:
Track record on Hiring and Developing talents with different seniority8-10 years of experience in product or program managementStrong understanding of Retail business inputs/outputsAbility to influence senior stakeholders across countries
