    Description

    Manage overalloperations of AWN HORECA Enterprises. Operations Manager isresponsible for managing all brandsoperations and for delivering an excellent guest experience.Operations Manager should be able toforecast, plan and manage all operations, staff and finance. Thegoal is to maximize sales and revenuethrough customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Hisduties include effective and successfulmanagement of team, productivity, quality control andsafety measures as established and set forthe Operations. Ensure safe and efficient operations.Enhance the operational procedure, systemsand principles in the areas of cost management,information flow, operational processes,enhanced management reporting. Carry out managementresponsibilitiesin accordancewith companyspolicies andapplicablelaws.

    Dutiesandresponsibilities:

    Create acomprehensive business plan for the operations that considers themarket, local competitors,sales revenue andexpenses.

    Prepare anaccurate portrayal of the finances of the restaurant, sales target,cost of sales, employeescost, overheadcost andaverage checkgoals.

    Develop withmarketing team strategies to entice customers, including marketingplans, advertisingcampaigns, communityoutreach programsandresearch.

    Analyze theoperations budgets with finance manager to find and priceinventory, reduce expenses,review currentpricing andadjust purchasingstrategies ifneeded.

    Controloperations bydevelopingeffectivepolicies,creating highstandards andworking tomake adjustmentswhenappropriate.

    Ensurean outstandingdining experienceby regulatingpresentation,taste, serviceand ambiancefor allguests; developways to cultivatea regularcustomerpool.

    Manage a teamof employees; work to create a cohesive unit of people whoeffectively communicate; lead hiringprocess for key staff that ensures qualified people areselected, trained and retained through toprecruiting practices; consider actions of employees invarioussituations thatdeem rewardingor disciplinaryaction.

    Follow allappropriate health code and local jurisdiction food handlingrequirements, maintain food safetycertifications, and model exemplary food health safety practicestoemployees.

    Create aprofessional atmosphere that sustains top employee safety standardsand provides guidelinesto personnelto eliminate hazardsand dangers intheworkplace.


    Look for newand innovative solutions to problems in the operation; usetechnology and social media to develop newways to engage with customers; think; beyond what hasalready been doneto createan evenmore productiveestablishment.

    Lead theoperation to achieve new and greater goals in order to stand abovethe competitionwithin theindustry.

    Approve certainmilestones of the new branches (design, selection of equipment,hiringplan).
