Are you a seasoned Restaurant General Manager with a passion for seafood and a desire to work in a high-end, fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading seafood fine-dining conceptis looking for a General Manager to join our team and take their establishment to the next level.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

You will work closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, while also managing front-of-house operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
