Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling social media content, managing our social media calendar, and overseeing influencer partnerships and agreements. This role requires a blend of creativity, organisation, and an understanding of the regional social media trends and communication nuances/lingo and deep rooted cultural values of the applied location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Content Creation:
• Develop and write engaging copy for social media posts across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visual content aligns with the textual message.

2. Social Media Calendar Management:
• Plan and schedule social media content in alignment with marketing campaigns and company events.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategy accordingly.

3. Influencer Partnership Coordination:
• Identify and engage with potential influencers in line with brand values and campaign goals.
• Negotiate contracts and manage communications with influencers.

4. Budget and Payment Management:
• Oversee budget allocation for influencer collaborations and ensure timely payments.
• Keep accurate records of contracts, payments, and ROI metrics. 5. Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Use insights to optimize future marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Proven experience in social media management, copywriting, and influencer marketing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
