    Description
    We are an IT Services & Solutions Provider based in Salam Street, Abu Dhabi, providing IT support services to our customers covering Abu Dhabi & Dubai

    Responsibilities:
    As a TeleSales Executive, you'll be selling IT Services, solutions & support solutions.


    Quality Lead Generation by Cold Calling (outbound).Finding new Clients/Lead Generation (Tele Sales / cold calling).Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

    Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
    Presenting your findings to other team members to act on.
    Ensure a high level of Client satisfaction.
    Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
    Increase Company client base with quality customers.
    Schedule & Coordinate meetings of potential clients with the sales team.
    Entering, updating & maintaining client's details into CRM.To retain existing customers and upsell services to achieve customer retention.
    Engaging with the customers to generate repeat sales.
    Entering, updating & maintaining client details into CRM.


    Skills Required:
    Excellent selling skills.
    Lead Generation / Cold Calling experience.
    Excellent phone & email communication skills.
    The capacity to work well on your own or in a team.
    Knowledge of standard sales techniques with the ability to *close* the sale.
    The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively.
    Ability to self-generate sales via developing a database, use of social media, contact circle, and referrals.


    Requirements:
    Good Command over English Language is a must.
    Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment.
    A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve clients effectively.
    Proven experience in a TeleSales representative role.
    Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
    Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
    Good organizational skills.
    Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure.
    Excellent professional image.
    Should be presentable.
