- Communicate with team to identify areas for improvement and to develop and implement a continuous improvement program.
- To ensure all team members understand each of their own responsibilities and job description correctly.
- To submit all reports accurately and concise to Operations and others concerned.
- To give clear understanding to team about spa cost and all spa expense i.e. petty cash spending, product usage etc.
- Conducted disciplinary action as needed, accurately tracking verbal and written warnings for violations of policy and/or procedures.
- Conduct weekly meetings with all Team Members about the following issues: weekly revenues problems, review of sales techniques, quality of Teamwork, training needs, any other items which may be concern.
- Conducted any other related duties as assigned by General Manager.
- Organized the up-selling training program, spa promotion, and event training for each manager and their team.
- To monitor and retail displays and spa service displays, in spa and public areas.
- Ensure retail displays are maintained and stock is interesting and exciting.
- Plan and create internal spa promotion package with General Manager and hotel.
- Submit update reports to General Manager.
