Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of mechanical equipment.
Repair and maintain water pumps, generators, compressors, and motors.
Maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fittings, and drainage.
Assist in HVAC system maintenance when needed.
Perform welding and fabrication work if required.
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns quickly and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other technicians for major repairs.
Maintain spare parts inventory and submit material requests.
Requirements:
Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in hotel, resort, or facility maintenance.
Knowledge of mechanical systems, plumbing, and basic electrical systems.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
